This weekend Josh and I made the trek back to Lynchburg for Homecoming. Why did we choose this homecoming, well we are not sure, but all in all it was fun. We began the trip with a nice slow drive through the mountains to find a brewery we wanted to visit. We drove a way to Lynchburg we had never driven before and it was absolutely beautiful... We then met up with our good friends Christine and Glenn and stayed with them for the weekend. We had plans to attend the LU football game, but the weather scared us off and we opted for the hockey game that was Saturday evening. Saturday morning I awoke very early to attend a J. Crew warehouse sale. This was my first experience at this and boy was it intense. You wouldn't believe what people will do when they can get $300 shoes for $30... With this being my first time I did not have as much strategy as others did of obtaining wished for items. However, next time watch out I may wear Josh's scrum cap and I will not be pushed from my spot!!! However, I did come away with roughly $1000 worth of clothes for $150 I love good deals... The Hockey game was great, we secured Milton milkshakes before we left the burg and Sunday was good too seeing how the Redskins won!! All in all it was a great weekend.
