Memorable Week...

I know, I know it has been a decade since I last blogged it seems. I have to say that this week has been very eventful, evoked lots of memories and created a lot of memories. Friday started it off where Josh and I got a lot of time to spend together. You would think we always spend time together and yes we do, but this was quality time. Saturday then led to Sydney's 3rd birthday and Sunday led to me doing one of my favorite things singing. However, this was even more great I got to help lead praise and worship at my parents church and also sing a song with my dad. Sunday was a breath of fresh air. We meaning Josh, myself, Damian, Sydney and Jonathan took a trip to Skyline and ate at a restaurant their with a panoramic view over the mountains. It was gorgeous. We saw a baby bear, dear and 18 wild turkeys. I will post the pictures later or on facebook... Then today I am celebrating my 3 year anniversary. I am so excited. Looking back over the past three years, this morning I had to stop and journal. I had to journal things that I have accomplished, things I am still working on and things God has ultimately blessed me with. I don't know where the past three years have gone, but I hope the next three don't go as fast... Then lastly Tuesday marked one year of me dealing with MS symptoms. As I think about this I am reminded of how quickly your life can change. Within a blink things can be totally different. I am reminded to not take life for granted, to not take what I have been created for for granted. I am reminded that I am not promised tomorrow and that I must live today to the fullest. I am reminded and humbled to see where God has brought me from one year ago. One of the biggest obstacles I have faced thus far was presented to me a year ago yesterday. However, I can see God's hand and I know He is in control. I pray I continue to live a life that glorifies Him in and out of the obstacles I may face...
